I’m Brian Chellsen, founder and creator of Bear Dennis. This website was developed to help people understand the process of getting a contract with the U.S. Government.

I have been a Quality Assurance Specialist with the Federal Government for over 10 years. I have worked with various aerospace companies inspecting many different types of products. My experience working with contractors has provided a wealth of knowledge about working with Government contractors. 

I hope to share my expertise with potential contractors and create an idea of what it takes to not only get a Government contract, but the process after the contract is awarded.
